Miniature switches durability extended beyond 100,000 cycles

C&K’s miniature sealed snap action switches, feature a wide range of actuator and termination styles, as well as an extended mechanical life of more than 100,000 cycles.

Offered in a range of operating forces and ratings, the new single-pole double-throw LCS series miniature snap-action switches are housed in a compact package and feature a wide variety of actuator and termination styles, including quick connect, solder style, PCB through-hole and potted wire leads (standard 12” length).

The LCS series switches feature contact ratings up to 6A at 125V AC and 3A at 250V AC.

Operating force ranges from 60g to 150g at the actuator button, with an operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C. The LCS series switch housing is made of high-temperature resistant PTS thermoplastic, featuring UL-94V-O rating. The switch is also fully dust- and splash-proof, with IP67-approved potted wire leads and a variety of lever options.
