Solid-state signal relay switches faster, saves energy

The Vishay VO14642AT is a 1-Form-A Solid-State Relay (SSR) that achieves 800µs switching for high throughput and 0.25Ω on-resistance to save power consumption and heat dissipation. The relay is rated for 2A DC maximum load current, and a load voltage of 60V.

The VO14642AT’s internal optical circuitry achieves 5300V input-to-output isolation, and offers bounce-free switching as well as TTL/CMOS-compatible control inputs. AC/DC or DC-only operation can be selected with a single external connection between MOSFET output pins. The SSR is delivered in a 6-pin DIP package, with through-hole or surfacemount configurations available.
