Airflow advantage simplifies cooling-system design

The OA109XC series, from Orion Fans, is a family of AC cooling fans in the compact 120mm x 38mm format, offering up to 30% more airflow than conventional 120mm cooling fans, generating over 130 Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM).

This increased performance gives designers greater flexibility to specify a smaller fan or use fewer fans to meet system-cooling targets, and to enhance cooling for improved reliability.

The key to the OA109XC’s increased performance lies in its efficient capacitordriven induction-motor technology, which enables airflow capacities previously only available with larger fan sizes. A number of configurations are available, including 115V AC or 230V AC variants, a dual-voltage model, and a reverse-airflow version.
