60V and 75V MOSFETS optimised for battery-powered applications
International Rectifier has introduced a
new family of 60V and 75V MOSFETs
optimised for industrial battery
applications.
Featuring expanded voltage ranges and high
maximum current, these MOSFETs have been
designed specifically for electric motors and
power supplies.
The N-channel devices use IR’s trench
MOSFET technology to reduce on-state
resistance for improved system efficiency
and reliability. These devices are suitable
for battery back-up systems, such as
Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), as well
as hard-switched or high-frequency circuits
common in switched-mode power supplies.
The new devices are offered in lead-free
TO-220, D-PAK and D2PAK packages.
