ROHM Electronics’ Capacitive Touch-Sensor (CTS) devices enable rapid implementation of capacitive touch design due to integrated functions.

The BU2105xFS devices integrate RC oscillation, an on-chip automatic calibration unit and an adjustable on-chip noise rejection filter.

The BU2105xFS CTS ICs feature a low power consumption of 550µA in full operation. Two versions are currently available: the BU21051FS which offers 2 sensor inputs, and the BU21050FS with 8 sensor inputs. These devices are 5V standalone ICs that require no software control.
