10MBd Digital Optocoupler Suitable for High Operating Temperatures
The ACPL-M61T logic-gate optocoupler
operates in a wide temperature range,
with AC and DC operational parameters
guaranteed from -40°C to 125°C, suiting
automotive communications, and high-temperature
environments.
Avago’s ACPL-M61T combines an AlGaAs LED
and an integrated high-gain photo detector.
The output of the detector IC is an open-collector
Schottky-clamped transistor. An
internal shield provides a common-mode
transient immunity specification of
15,000V/µs at a VCM of 1000V. Furthermore,
this optocoupler provides maximum AC- and
DC-circuit isolation while achieving TTL
compatibility.
