LIN/SAE Transceivers Qualified for Reliable Automotive Use
The MCP2021 and MCP2022 LIN/SAE
J2602 transceivers are 3rd-party
LIN/J2602 approved, OEM approved and
AEC-Q100 certified to meet the stringent
requirements of automotive
manufacturers worldwide.
The transceivers’ proven
robustness and ESD
performance enable reliable
communication in harsh
environments.
The transceivers include
built-in voltage regulators
which reduce the number of
external components
required. For noise-sensitive
systems, the devices’ reduced
emissions eliminate the need
for external shielding. A low
operational power
consumption of 115mA, and 16mA
consumption in standby mode, make the
MCP202x transceivers suitable for ignition-off
applications, and contributes towards extended
battery life.
The MCP2021 transceiver is available in 8-pin
SOIC, PDIP and 4mm x 4mm DFN packages.
The MCP2022 transceiver offers 14-pin SOIC,
TSSOP and PDIP package options.
