Programmable Clock Generator Optimises PCB Space
ROHM’s BU7331EKN
is a three-channel programmable Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) clock
generator which integrates
three clocks on a single chip.
This provides a space-saving
and optimised solution for
digital applications that
require multiple clocks.
Each programmable clock
can be set arbitrarily via a
serial interface. High-precision
operation eliminates the
interference effects of other
clocks. The frequency of each
PLL can be set via the serial
interface control, making it
compatible with a wide range
of digital applications. In
addition, sudden frequency
changes are handled by
rewriting the register.
