NXP Semiconductor : PTVSxU1UPA – Low-profile TVS diodes offer maximum power rating of 300W

NXP Semiconductors’ PTVSxU1UPA is a series of unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) diodes rated for a maximum peak pulse power of 300W when tested in accordance with the IEC 61643-321 standard.

The TVS devices are able to handle ESD strikes of as much as 30kV, when tested for contact and air discharges in accordance with the IEC 61000-4-2 standard.

Housed in a DFN2020-3, or SOT1061, leadless plastic package with a very low height of 0.65mm, the PTVSxU1UPA parts may be surface-mounted on a printed circuit board.
