Cypress’s Single-Level Cell (SLC) NAND Flash memory provides the accuracy and consistency which is demanded by products which are designed to operate in the harshest environments.

Applications such as smart meters, digital display panels, security cameras, point-of-sales devices and other industrial equipment all require components which can support high levels of reliability. Many of these applications are in production for multiple years and therefore also require a long-term supply of products which can ensure a compatible form, fit and function.

As a high-quality, non-volatile memory Cypress’s SLC NAND Flash operates over an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and is qualified to AECQ-100. This makes it ideal for applications in both the automotive and industrial sectors.

The S34SL0xG2 family offers densities ranging from 1Gb to 16Gb in compact 48-pin TSOP and 63- or 67-ball BGA packages. Software support includes complimentary drivers and the Cypress Flash File System (FFS) which is a full-featured data-storage software suite. The family is also backed by a commitment to maintain longevity of supply.
