ROHM Semiconductor’s BM6108FV-LB is a MOSFET and IGBT gate driver for industrial switching power supplies which offers a high isolation voltage of 2,500Vrms. Its maximum gate-drive voltage is 24V, which means it is able to drive any type of high-performance switch, including IGBTs, silicon MOSFETs and Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs.

Suitable for fast-switching applications, the BM6108FV-LB has an I/O delay time of 150ns, and a delay matching of 60ns. The BM6108FV-LB offers high immunity to common-mode transients, guaranteed up to 100kV/μs.
