Despite their small 2.8mm x 3.5mm footprint, the LUXEON 2835 LEDs are notable for their high lumen output and good efficacy. With a maximum drive current of 240mA, the LUXEON 2835 can be used to reduce LED count in new designs, and its standard footprint allows for drop-in replacement of other LEDs in existing designs.
Supplied in five different configurations of voltage and die count, the LUXEON 2835 can fit a wide variety of application requirements.
The parts are available in versions with a minimum CRI of either 70 or 80, and offer luminous efficacy of up to 156 lumens/W at their binning current.
The typical luminous flux output from the LUXEON 2835 devices is rated at up to 83 lumens for parts with a nominal forward current of 60mA, and up to 113 lumens for the 120mA parts.
The LUXEON 2835 series is supplied in versions with a Correlated Colour Temperature (CCT) of 2,700K, 3,000K, 3,500K, 4,000K, 5,000K, 5,700K or 6,500K.
