The STM32F746 microcontroller series from STMicroelectronics, based on the high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M7 core operating at up to 216MHz, features a floating-point unit which supports all ARM single-precision data-processing instructions and data types.
The STM32F746 devices incorporate high-speed embedded memories, including Flash memory of up to 1Mbyte, 320kbytes of SRAM, 16kbytes of instruction RAM for critical real-time routines, and 4kbytes of back-up SRAM. Flash memory provision is backed by a dual-mode Quad Serial Peripheral Interface (QSPI). The STM32F746 also provides up to 168 I/Os and an extensive range of peripherals connected to various buses and interconnect structures.
The MCUs also help users to secure their system, offering a true random number generator and a unique 96-bit ID.
