STMicroelectronics – MCU with ARM Cortex-M4 core offers superior graphics and display capabilities

The STM32F469 from STMicroelectronics is a microcontroller based on a high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M4 core, and offering a rich selection of digital-signal processing, graphics, camera and display capabilities.

Operating at a frequency of up to 180MHz, the core features a floating point unit which supports all ARM single-precision data-processing instructions and data types. It also implements a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit, which enhances application security.

The STM32F469 includes three 12-bit ADCs, two DACs, a low-power real-time clock, twelve 16-bit timers, a Chrom-ART Accelerator™ graphical hardware accelerator and an LCD TFT controller supporting up to XGA resolution.
