Vishay’s VO14642 is a high-speed, normally open (1 Form A) solid-state relay constructed as a multi-chip hybrid device.
It features a fast typical switching speed of 800μs for high throughput in test equipment. It also has low on-resistance of 0.25Ω, allowing the use of multiple relays in applications that require low power consumption and heat dissipation.
Optically isolated, the VO14642 implements actuation control via an infrared LED. The output switch is a combination of a photodiode array with MOSFET switches.
