ROHM Semiconductor – New MCUs with built-in display driver for data loggers

Lapis Semiconductor, a division of the ROHM Group, has announced the availability of 32-bit microcontrollers for data loggers used in logistics systems for the acquisition and management of environmental information during package shipment.

The ML630Q464 and ML630Q466 integrate all the important functions required for data logging, data acquisition, data display and PDF file generation on a single chip. These functions include USB, highspeed clock generation, an LCD driver, ADC, temperature sensing, humidity sensing and an accelerometer.
