ON Semiconductor – Low-power op amps ideal for power supplies and lighting applications



ON Semiconductor’s NCS2007x family of operational amplifiers offers 3MHz gain-bandwidth product and operates over a wide supply-voltage range of 2.7V to 36V. The family consists of the NCS20071 single, NCS20072 dual and NCS20074 quad configurations which are housed in small packages suitable for use in portable and space- constrained designs.

Related devices with the NCV2007x part numbers are for automotive and other applications that require special site and control change measures; they are AEC-Q100 qualified and PPAP capable.

The op amp’s wide supply-voltage range combined with rail-to-rail operation over a wide common-mode voltage range enable it to operate over a wide dynamic range, giving the user better signal integrity at the output. The high slew rate of 2.8V/μs at 2.7V provides a faster output response while still drawing a low supply current of just 405μA.

This makes the devices ideal for sensor signal conditioning, power supplies and low-side current sensing.
