The RAC10-K/277 series of power supplies is especially suitable for today’s IoT systems, which can often spend long periods in a low-power standby mode. The RAC series are highly efficient, PCB-mount power-conversion modules which produce very low energy losses in light-load conditions.
The RECOM modules are supplied with international safety certifications for both industrial and household standards. Featuring a wide input-voltage range of 85V to 305V AC, they can be used worldwide, even in the US, where mains voltages up to 277V AC are found.
The extended input-voltage capability also guarantees a stable, isolated DC output even if the AC input voltage shifts temporarily or permanently.
The RAC10-K/277 AC-DC modules are rated for a full 10W load over a temperature range of -40°C to 65°C. They offer fully protected single or dual outputs as well as EMC class B compliance without the need for external components.
A 140% peak power capability makes them suitable for high start-up currents or the non-linear loads found in process-automation applications.
