The STMicroelectronics TSB712A precision operational amplifier maintains stable characteristics over a wide supply-voltage range of 2.7V to 36V, or ±1.35V to ±18V, and over an extended temperature range from -40°C to 125°C. Its maximum offset temperature drift is 2.8μV/°C.
Thanks to its low input-voltage noise of 12nV/√Hz, the TSB712A can handle low signal amplitudes and provide accurate and precise amplification. In addition, the low input-offset voltage of 300μV simplifies circuit design in measurement and monitoring circuits which require high accuracy.
The 6MHz Gain-Bandwidth (GBW) product and 3V/μs slew rate ensure faithful signal conditioning at low-to-medium frequencies. For more bandwidth in circuits in which higher gain is required, the decompensated TSB7192A offers 22MHz GBW with comparable current consumption and low noise.
The TSB712A has a built-in input filter which provides a high EMI rejection ratio across a wide frequency range. This minimizes susceptibility to interference in noisy industrial and automotive environments, and in devices operating close to RF equipment.
Featuring a rail-to-rail input and output, the TSB712A is suited to duties such as high-side or low-side current sensing, data acquisition, Hall-sensor interfacing, motor control, and driving actuators.
